You can skip to 20:00 and watch the section on how he built the mouse.... They key is (as the narrator says) was that Jobs was 'more editor than INVENTOR.... tweaking existing technology... "Steve connected the dots... he saw a little bit of this, he saw a little bit of that..." and he combined it in a way that worked for him. I use that same philosophy with WSO's or any other program I buy... I almost NEVER use it the same way as the author may have. But I borrow "a little bit of this and that," and piece it together in a way that works for ME. (That's why I keep buying and sharing WSO's) I highly suggest you do the same because each of us is DIFFERENT. And remember, Jobs didn't go straight to making an iPAD overnight. Everyone starts from somewhere. Like the saying goes, "You don't have to get it perfect, just get it going." If you've been with me for any amount of time, you know I'm NOT one of those people who proclaim that 'Offline Marketing' is an E-A-S-Y business. I tend to use the word "challenging" to describe it. It requires an understanding of 'lead-generation,' developing the 'Art of Persuasion,' and 'persistence' (falling of your high horse, dusting yourself off and getting back on again)... and practice, practice, practice. Watch and listen to this dirty little secret about "Offline Marketing." Notice he's moving away from 'offline marketing' himself and basically does IM, selling software tools and other peoples products. And there is nothing wrong with that. But a lot of 'Warriors" are claiming to be 'offline marketers' when in fact, they're really just online marketers SELLING tools to real Offliners. Will the Groupon phenomenom last?
