Very informative and valuable post. I thought that I understood the value of marketing with blog comments. But, your video has helped me to better understand about the value of what I put in the name field.
Did you know some prominent blogs owners don't allow keyword names and will delete anyone who doesn't use their name ONLY. I decided to use what I always use to see what would happen.
I told him I am known as thriftgirl62 and NOT my name so he let it slide because that's not spam-like. And keywords? What is that? Rude, Selfish and Dumb because the comments were thought-provoking, witty and intelligent.
That 3-way combination is an online rarity that deserves appreciation. Instead he berates them with irritation and scorn because he can. If more people would "dare to speak their minds" once in awhile, he would probably think twice before acting like such an oaf.
